Eradication of all barriers that could compromise the behavior change of Rwandan population by way of which men, women, youth and children are protected from HIV/AIDS, NTDs and are all able to partake in the same rights as all citizens.
OUR MISSION
To promote, coordinate, build capacity, advocate for; monitor and evaluate activities of member NGOs engaged in the Health and Human Rights Sector in Rwanda, Networking and advocacy for civil society involvement in all National Health related Programs including HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria program, RMNCAH, Human Rights, Social Protection and policy development in order to improve the living conditions of the affected communities.
OUR OBJECTIVES
- Strengthening CSO and community capacity in HIV/AIDS, human rights, and health promotion, with a focus on malaria, TB, RMNCAH, neglected tropical diseases, and WASH.
- To strengthen CSOs’ and Communities’ participation and influence in National policy formulation and in National / International programming;
- To advocate for and constitute a bridge between CSOs, Government, and Development Partners;
- To increase access to resources by members through mobilization, proposal development and grant-making;
- To strengthen institutional capacities, planning and leadership development for RNGOF and NGO members;
- To disseminate to members useful information related to funding opportunities, trainings, and conferences.

Central Secretariat
KABANYANA Nooliet is the Executive Secretary. She represents and advocates for the CSOs and communities at national and regional level platforms such as the Health National Technical Working Group at the Rwanda Ministry of Health, Rwanda Bio-Medical Centre, Rwanda Civil Society Platform, CCM-Rwanda, EANNASO, Rwanda UN Technical Working Group , East African Community (EAC) Expert Technical Working Group among others. She is a member of GFAN Africa (Global Fund Africa Advocacy Network)

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Rwanda NGO Forum on HIV/AIDS and Health Promotion provides strategic guidance and oversight to the organization, working closely with Central Secretariat to advance the forum's mission to promote health and combat HIV/AIDS in Rwanda.
Internal Board of Auditors
The Internal Board of Auditors of the Rwanda NGO Forum on HIV/AIDS and Health Promotion is responsible for ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and efficiency. They conduct regular audits and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors to enhance the organization's performance.
Conflict Resolution
The Conflict Resolution Committee of the Rwanda NGO Forum on HIV/AIDS and Health Promotion addresses disputes and conflicts within the organization using established policies and procedures to ensure fairness and effectiveness. It plays a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Executive Secretariat
The Central Secretariat of the Rwanda NGO Forum on HIV/AIDS and Health Promotion manages the organization's day-to-day operations, providing administrative, financial, and technical support to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders. It also liaises with external partners to advance the organization's objectives.
